Edge by Psaros (2016)

Located at 33 Newcastle Street, Edge is unrivalled location for access to Northbridge, Mt Lawley, CBD, East Perth and beyond with immediate access to the freeway and Perth train station. 96 apartments and 2 commercial units over 11 levels, Edge features a 6th level recreation deck with pool, gym and residents lounge.

Corner by Psaros (2016)

Corner by Psaros, on Beaufort Street in Mt Lawley, has transformed a formerly derelict and vacant site, into a striking building that not only enhances the visual landscape, but adds to the social vibrancy of the immediate area. 34 apartments over 6 levels (with commercial on the ground level).

Depot by Psaros (2016)

Depot by Psaros, on Brewer Street in Perth, has retained the heritage aspect of the original property to convert a former factory into a remarkable building with an unusual “saw-tooth” facade.

 

Flo by Psaros (2015)

Flo is located in the newly rejuvenated eastern gateway of the Springs, Rivervale. There are just 86 apartments in this 5-storey boutique development. Fo has Australia’s largest residential Solar Power system with 2kw of solar power delivered to every apartment! Facilities also include a solar heated swimming pool, outdoor alfresco area and a fully-equipped gymnasium.

MARQ by Psaros (2015)

Located on Cambridge Street in beautiful West Leederville, Marq comprises 58 residential apartments and 4 commercial lots. These lifestyle opportunities are complemented by an air-conditioned gymnasium, bike store room and BBQ facilities. Marq is the first high-density residential development in Australia to achieve an eTool® Silver rating through a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) process. 

Octo by Psaros (2015)

Octo is a mastermind development situated on Bagot Road, Subiaco, designed to provide an enviable environment for those lucky enough to call home. The building itself comprises mixed use of residnetial and commercial, with the eight apartments sitting above two levels of office space overlooking beautiful Subiaco and its surrounds. A number of environmentally sustainable design considerations have been implemented to reduce the environmental impact & optimise the design life of the building.

Bravo by Psaros (2015)

Situated on Oxford Street at the border of Mount Hawthorn and Leederville, Bravo offers a life enriched with the best of both worlds. Bravo consist of 6 contemporary townhouses and 16 stylish apartments, and features a rooftop garden with spectacular views. Sellenger by Psaros (2014)

Located on Beaufort Street, 800 metres from the city and with Highgate adjoining, Sellenger is a sweet haven amidst the action. Sellenger is a blend of 40 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Built with clever intergration, Sellenger is fashioned for the future with measures such as Solar PV and Solar Hot Water.

Parkvue by Psaros (2014)

Located in beautiful Churchlands, the apartment complex overlooks Edith Cowan Reserve. Parkvue by Psaros is one single bedroom and 11 two bedroom apartments over 4 levels, including a basement carpark and features a spacious entry lobby. Metropol by Psaros (2013)

Located on the corner Parry and Stirling Streets, Perth, Metropol is a 57 apartment complex with seven commercial units including a restaurant  on the ground floor. A mix of 37 one bedroom and 20 two bedroom apartments, Metropol on Parry is within walking distance of the Perth CBD and cosmopolitan lifestyle offered along Beaufort Street.

M Square by Psaros (2013)

Located at 140 Parry Street, M Square Apartments is a 48-apartment complex with four unique ground floor commercial opportunities. A mix of 28 one and 20 two bedroom apartments located just 650m from the Perth railway station, M Square combines affordability and quality, proximity and opportunity, and work and play, to create a destination for living.

Aurum Apartments (2013)

Located at 100 Coolgardie Avenue in Redcliffe, at the gateway to the Perth Domestic Airport (2km), only 5km from Perth International Airport and 15 minutes from Perth City Centre, The Aurum apartments are a mix of fully self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom serviced apartments. This project was undertaken by Psaros as a project manager and builder providing a total of 56 short stay units.

The Promenade South Beach (2013)

A complex of 9 exclusive apartments located on South Beach Promenade, North Coogee, close to all of Fremantle’s flavoursome food and beverage delights. A mix of 5 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom apartments, The Promenade was designed with a strong emphasis on large usable outdoor terraces. 

Essence (2012)

Essence consists of nine single storey three bedroom apartments in a complex over three residential levels and a secure basement car-park. An exclusive development located within the new private estate of Churchlands Green. Essence is all about elegance, where contemporary and innovative design are melded with liveability to provide a new level of style. 

Crestwood at the Downs (2012)

Located in the western suburbs at 23-25 Bournemouth Crescent, this mixed use development offered 1,000 square metres of commercial and consulting suites with 8 luxury apartments over four levels. There are 5 three bedroom apartments and 3 two bedroom apartments in the complex.

Elements Apartments (2011)

Located in Churchlands at 16 Coneflower Corner, Elements apartments consists of 15 single storey apartments in a complex over three residential levels and a secure basement car-park. Situated in the heart of Perth’s best-loved western suburbs, Elements is only 7km from the Perth CBD and 5km from City Beach. All apartments were three bedrooms with two bathrooms. 

226 Beaufort (2010)

226 Beaufort offer the best of inner city living and the cosmopolitan café lifestyle afforded to it by Mount Lawley. The development contained 27 apartments and 1,000 square metres of commercial space over the ground and first floors. There were 15 one bedroom apartments and 12 two bedroom apartments. 

Bindaring Parade (2009)

From an outstanding location overlooking the Swan River in Claremont, these 3 luxury apartments make an impressive addition to this exclusive riverside address. Another successful project managed opportunity located at 5 Bindaring Parade where Psaros was instrumental in project managing the subdivision, planning and building of this complex. 

Imago 2 (2009)

Sister building of the completed Imago Living development, Imago II offers 22 apartments and 300 square metres of commercial offices. The complex contains 14 two bedroom and 8 three bedroom apartments.  

Pavillion Apartments (2009)

Located at 59 Brewer Street, Perth, Pavilion Apartments offers the best of inner city living; the Mount Lawley cappuccino strip, Hyde Park, Chinatown, Northbridge and Perth CBD.  Pavilion offers 40 well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments and are named for their exceptional views overlooking the ancient Morton Bay fig trees along Brewer Street and NIB Stadium.

Tyne Square (2009)

With anchor tenant, Coles supermarket on the ground level, Tyne Square was the first city development to combine a retail complex with 83 residential apartments. This project was a joint venture where Psaros project managed and built the complex. Tyne Square Apartments contained 53 one bedroom and 24 two bedroom apartments. 

Eastbrook Waters (2009)

Located on the Claisebrook Cove waterfront precinct at 26 Eastbrook Terrace, Eastbrook Waters was a joint venture project including 2 restaurants on the ground floor and 12 luxury apartments. The complex contained 2 two bedroom one bathroom apartments, 6 two bedroom two bathroom units and 2 three bedroom penthouses.

Pearse Street (2007)

Located at 7 Pearse Street, Cottesloe these three luxury apartments are well appointed with panoramic ocean and golf course views. The open plan design and large outdoor living space provide the ideal setting for entertaining and enjoyment of this Oceanside development.

Eric Street (2005)

Inspired by the breathtaking ocean views from this prestige location, this award winning development has been recognised both locally and internationally for excellence in architectural design and construction and was judged by Images Publishing Group as one of the best 50 apartments in the world.
