They have a very interesting concept where the classes are on demand and all you have to do is go to a selected space and follow a video instructor at any time! There’s also no lock in contracts which leaves you with a lot of freedom.

 

Your outdoor gym - Herdsman Lake

Why not exercise out in the fresh air alongside open waters? The Herdsman Lake has a perimeter of 7.7km and is easily accessible. There are over 100 bird species at the lake and a wide diversity of wildlife. You can go for a brisk walk and take in the beautiful surroundings. The path is also open to cyclists and the trail is relatively flat. Cycling is a great way to get fit and it’s environmentally friendly!

 

Goodlife Floreat - 5 Howtree Place, Floreat

Formerly known as Fitness First, Goodlife Floreat are for those people that want to have access to it all. They have a variety of weight equipment, cardio machines and everything in between. There are several personal trainers that can also assist if you need some guidance and motivation to get you going. There are also excellent classes such as BodyPump, BodyAttack, Yoga and spinning classes. 

 

Bold Park Aquatic - 215 the Boulevard, City Beach

Bold Park Aquatic in City Beach has undergone a massive $12 million redevelopment and is now open. There are heated pools that are ideal for swimming, leisure and fitness. There are also various classes on offer like aquarobics, water boot camp and even yoga! The fees are very affordable and everyone from all abilities are welcome.

 

Love playing netball? - 200 Selby Street, Jolimont

The $26 million State Netball Centre opened last year marking a great future for netball in WA. The State Netball Centre can also be setup to have five volleyball courts or ten badminton courts. Why not get together a group of friends to form a team and hire out a court?
