Scarborough Set to Welcome New Residents

The transformation of Scarborough continues with the recent completion of Sundance.

The development is comprised of 100 one, two and three bedroom apartments and March will see the first residents move in.

Psaros CEO Danny Psaros said, “The residents about to move into Sundance are going to have a huge range of spectacular facilities on their doorstep. We launched Sundance only 6 weeks after the MRA announced the $100million redevelopment of Scarborough so it’s been exciting to watch our building go up at the same time as the foreshore works are undertaken. As a company we’re excited to be a part of such a significant boost to the suburb and Perth generally.”

Scarborough is set to boom due to the complete rejuvenation of the foreshore area and it is one of few suburbs that has weathered the property storm that has effected most of Perth in the last few years.

Realmark Special Projects Director Sven Robertson commented, “Scarborough has long been an iconic location with arguably Perth’s best beach. The current redevelopment has seen a massive transformation in the area, making Scarborough Perth’s Coastal Hotspot and bringing unprecedented amenity and social infrastructure to the area. This is attracting significant local and international interest and elevating the precinct into the jewel in Perth’s coastal crown.”

One bedroom apartments start from $419,000 and two beds from $499,000.

The Public Launch is being held on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th February from 10am – 12pm. To view an apartment Call Sven Robertson 0419 984 368 to or visit for more information
