WA property developer Psaros has set a new benchmark in sustainable development after being crowned the winner of two prestigious national sustainability awards over the past week.
In a first for a WA developer, Psaros has taken out the National Banksia Sustainability Award for Sustainability Leadership as well as the CitySwitch State Award for New Signatory of the Year.
The awards cement Psaros’ position as leader in environmental design and sustainable practices in Perth.
“Psaros has a strong commitment to sustainability and have implemented a number of innovative approaches to reduce their organisation’s environmental footprint,” commented the Banksia Sustainability Award judges.
‘The level of continuous commitment and embedded sustainability parameters from concept to delivery is impressive as is the commitment and level of understanding among the personnel and contractors involved. Psaros goes beyond normal business practices and is driving change in a very competitive industry.”
Psaros CEO Danny Psaros said he was delighted the company had been recognised for its ongoing commitment to sustainability.
