Perth property developer Psaros has revealed data showing it has one of the largest solar power deliveries for apartment projects in Australia.
The data revealed that Psaros has over half a megawatt of solar power embedded across all its current projects. Flo by Psaros, the company’s Rivervale development, will boast over 180 kilowatts of solar power – one of the biggest systems of its kind in the southern hemisphere.
Psaros Head of Sustainability Chiara Pacifici said Psaros was helping to lead the property industry across Australia by delivering environmentally sustainable apartments.
