Psaros Launches New Display Centre

This weekend will see keen first homebuyers converge on the Psaros Lifestyle Centre for the opening of its brand new display village. The centre will showcase a number of Psaros’ best projects in one location.

Psaros CEO Danny Psaros said the Lifestyle Centre – ideally located within walking distance of the Perth CBD – was a unique “one-stop shop” for prospective buyers.

“The Lifestyle Centre has been designed to showcase Psaros property in one location meaning interested buyers have the convenience of not having to travel to numerous locations to find their perfect property,” said Mr Psaros.

Mr Psaros said the name “Lifestyle Centre” reflected the Psaros ethos  - not just building apartments, but creating lifestyles.

“That’s why we build in only the best locations, set pricing at an affordable level and provide spaces with high ceilings, larger living areas, expansive balconies and other structural features such as commercial grade window and door frames for better acoustic performance as standard,” said Mr Psaros.

“We have worked hard to ensure purchasers benefit from the latest advancements in building initiatives such as sustainability and Intelligence.”

Located at M Square, on Stirling Street in Perth, the Lifestyle Centre will also feature a two bedroom display apartment upstairs, showcasing the spaciousness and well-appointed fit-out that is signature to Psaros apartments.

Buyers will be able to view the top 10 Psaros apartments under $500,000.

With the stamp duty threshold rising after June 30, Mr Psaros urged purchasers to act quickly before the end of the financial year.

“Prospective buyers can save over $13,000 in stamp duty by buying a property before June 30 – this is a massive saving and I encourage everyone to reap these financial savings,” said Mr Psaros.

“Added to this is a bonus $10,000 lifestyle package that the first ten buyers who purchase before June 30 will be lucky enough to go in the draw to win.”

The Lifestyle Centre is located at M Square, 180 Stirling Street Perth (Corner of Parry Street).
