Scarborough is set to undergo a $57.4 million rejuvenation.
Psaros has kickstarted the revitalisation of the area with the launch of their latest project – a luxury apartment building in the heart of the popular beachside suburb.
“Sundance by Psaros” will include 100 apartments over seven levels and offer a lifestyle akin to being on a beach holiday every day of the year.
Located just 500 metres from one of Perth’s most iconic and popular beaches, the resort-style apartment building will feature a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, beach shower and outdoor barbecue and lounge areas.
“Sundance offers the type of lifestyle that people usually have to travel overseas to capture,” said Psaros Managing Director Danny Psaros.
“It’s is all about low maintenance, and easy living made possible by a spacious, stylish design and an amazing location where people can walk to the beach, cycle to the café for brunch or meet friends for sunset drinks at the bar.”
Sundance by Psaros will include one, two and three-bedroom apartments all with large balconies and courtyards and open living spaces as well as Psaros’ signature “value added benefits” including bamboo timber floors, stone benchtops and higher than average 2.7 metre ceilings.
The apartments – located on Brighton Road - will also feature modern sustainable and energy-saving features such as 1kw of solar power to every apartment.
Sundance by Psaros is expected to be in strong demand by those wanting to capitalise on Scarborough’s redevelopment, which will transform the beachfront precinct to include new cafes and shops, spectacular viewing areas, boardwalks, promenade areas, a skate park, and an Oceanside swimming pool.
Sundance apartments start from $379,000.
