Level 1 (Units 1-8): Painting 80%, shower screens and mirrors completed. Timber floors completed, kickboards to kitchens completed, Fit off complete, Splash backs complete, silicon complete.
Level 2 (Units 9-16): Painting 80%, shower screens and mirrors completed, Timber floors 50%, Splash backs completed, Silicon completed.
Level 3 (Units 17-24): Painting 80%, shower screens and mirrors completed, Floor grinding 50%, Splash backs completed, silicon completed.
Level 4 (Units 25-32): Painting 80%, shower screens and mirrors completed, Splash backs completed.
Level 5 (Units 33 & 34): All walls and ceilings completed, Painting 50%, WPM completed, External tiles completed, Cabinets 60% delivered ready to install Monday 30/11/15.
External: All scaffold removed except for hoist tower, External cladding 90% complete, external texture 95% complete, Laneway reinstatement complete, weatherproof blind pelmets installed and all cabling completed.
General: Permanent power is now on to all common services, escape stair handrails 90% complete, Allied pumps commissioning underway to all sewer, stormwater and fire pumps and will be completed Monday 30/11/15, Lift 90% complete.
