Psaros has won two awards at the Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards.
The awards acknowledge their market-leading level of both safety and sustainability.
Bravo by Psaros in Mt Hawthorn won the Excellence in Energy Efficiency Award. This development, completed in 2014, includes a market-leading range of sustainability initiatives including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for each residence.
The building underwent an independent carbon audit that showed it has achieved a 64% reduction in carbon reductions. The measured results indicate that over its lifespan the building will emit significantly less carbon than standard buildings, equivalent to nearly 60,000 trees planted and representing a cost saving of $500 per year for each resident.
Sundance by Psaros, located in Scarborough, received the Excellence in Workplace Health & Safety. The 100-apartment, 7-level building is due for completion first quarter of 2018, and is located literally minutes from the Scarborough foreshore. The award reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest level of safety protocols to protect workers, site visitors and local residents.
Scarborough is currently undergoing a transformation to rejuvenate the foreshore, creating a destination for tourists and Perth residents alike. Sundance is perfectly situated to capitalise on this transformation – for opportunities please visit www.psaros.com.au/sundancebypsarosShare on Twitter Share on Facebook
