Construction is about to commence on “flo” – a boutique apartment complex offering over $100,000 of extra value built in to every apartment.
Located at “The Springs” in Rivervale, the project will feature a number of initiatives known as the Psaros Advantage . These include higher 2.7m ceilings, solar hot water and solar electricity, bamboo flooring, commercial grade window and sliding door frames and glass balustrading, to provide purchasers with extra value at no extra cost.
